How do I redownload my photos?

You can redownload your photos at any time from your account.

Redownload your files

  1. Log in to your account

  2. From the menu dropdown, select Orders

  3. Select the relevant order

  4. Click Resend download link

Notes

  • Your download link will be re-sent to your email

  • Make sure you use the same email used for purchase

  • If you can’t find your email, check your spam or junk folder
