1. Scheduled

As soon as you schedule a session, it appears on the Sport Shutter map. People can discover your plans, see when and where you'll be shooting, and follow your session for updates.

Making your plans known ahead of time gives potential customers the opportunity to get involved and increases your chances of making a sale.

2. Coming Soon / Pending Upload

Once your scheduled session time has passed, it automatically appears on the Sport Shutter homepage as Coming Soon.

This card links directly to your gallery landing page, giving customers somewhere to return to while they wait for their photos.

At the same time, your session moves to Pending Upload in your photographer dashboard, letting you know it's time to get your photos ready.

3. Pending Publish

Once you've uploaded your photos, your session moves to Pending Publish in your dashboard.

You can now review your gallery, make any final adjustments and prepare everything for publication.

Your session will continue to appear as Coming Soon on the homepage until you're ready to go live.

4. Published

Once you hit publish, your gallery goes live and your session moves to Published in your dashboard.

Customers can now browse and purchase their photos directly through your gallery. Your session is also discoverable throughout the Sport Shutter marketplace.
