Before you Upload

Double-check your Session details

Customers often search by location, date, and time to find their photos. Make sure everything is accurate - especially if you changed locations or started or finished at a different time than planned.

This is also your final chance to adjust your pricing. If you captured exceptional - ”once-in-a-lifetime” moments, it’s worth reflecting that in your price. On the other hand, not every photo needs to be priced at a premium. You own your work and can use your own judgment to set a fair price.

Curate Your Photos

Editing and touch-ups aren’t required, but you’re free to refine your work if it strengthens your images and improves your chances of making a sale.

Remove any non-sellable frames. Too many low-quality or irrelevant shots can dilute your set and make it harder for customers to find themselves.

Be intentional with what you upload. Sport Shutter is built for premium work and a strong community - your curation helps maintain that standard.

Have your files ready in Dropbox or Google Drive

Sport Shutter allows you to upload directly from your Google Drive or Dropbox.

We currently support cloud-to-cloud uploading to ensure a faster, more reliable experience - especially when working with large photo sets.

If you’re working remotely, this becomes more powerful. You can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox from your phone on the go, then transfer everything into Sport Shutter without needing to be at your desk.
