This license allows you to download and use the photo for your private, non-commercial purposes. Purchasing a photo does not transfer ownership of the image. The photographer retains full ownership and copyright of the image at all times.
2. What You Can Do
With a personal use license, you may:
download and keep the photo for personal enjoyment;
share the photo with friends and family;
post the photo on your personal social media accounts;
print the photo for personal display;
store the photo on your personal devices.
3. What You Cannot Do
This license does not permit commercial use of the photo.
You may not:
use the photo for advertising, promotion, or marketing;
sell, license, or redistribute the photo;
use the photo in products, merchandise, or publications;
use the photo for business, club, or organisational purposes;
submit the photo to media outlets or commercial platforms;
remove or obscure any watermark, photographer credit, or copyright information.
4. Image Integrity & Redistribution
Photos purchased through Sport Shutter may not be re-distributed or shared publicly for download.
You may not upload the original or high-resolution files to file-sharing services, marketplaces, stock libraries, or other platforms where the image could be downloaded or reused by others.
Images may not be altered or edited in a way that removes watermarks, or copyright information.
5. Copyright Ownership
All photos available on Sport Shutter remain the copyright of the photographer who captured the image.
Sport Shutter operates as a platform that enables photographers to make their images available for purchase under a personal use license.
Any use of a photo outside the scope of this license may constitute copyright infringement, and Sport Shutter or the photographer may request removal of the image if it is used in violation of these terms.
